Happy birthday Michael, 31!!(my big little brother :-D) WOW are you old!
I decided to take my kids out for lunch. So weighing the diners, I guess they would be called. With foods that I could stay on "budget" with. I came to Cocos or Dennys and Dennys won. I ordered myself water with lemon.. yay! (LOL) when the salad came it was larger than 1/2 a salad in my opinion, portions like this is why I am so fat, well part of it. I took a picture after eating half of it. WHoops.
at 160 cals, without dressing, I however added 1/2 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tsp red wine vinegar. (55 cals)Was not exactly my favorite salad, but will try another at Dennys sometimes. Since I am there alot anyway!
